Claiming is easy. You have a legal right to claim. We provide all the help you need to get your claim started and it doesn't have to cost you a penny.
Most claims are dealt with between solicitors and insurance companies so there needn't be anything taken personally by the person or institution you are claiming against.
You can claim if: -
- You have had a personal injury in the last 3 years that was not your fault
- Accidents at school, college or university
- Car accidents
- Accidents at work
- Accidents on holiday or shopping
- If you were injured before you were 18 years old then the 3 years to claim does not start until your 18th birthday so that gives you until the age of 21 to start your claim.
